• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড ও অন্যান্য তথ্য গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার।
• অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার হলে আমাদের অবিলম্বে জানান।

৪. প্রোডাক্ট ও মূল্য

• সকল প্রোডাক্ট স্টকের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
• প্রোডাক্টের বিবরণ, ছবি ও মূল্য সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করি, তবে টাইপোগ্রাফিকাল ভুল হতে পারে।
• মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (BDT) এবং প্রযোজ্য ট্যাক্সসহ (যদি না অন্যথায় উল্লেখ থাকে)।
• আমরা যেকোনো সময় মূল্য, প্রমোশন, ডিসকাউন্ট বা অফার পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।

৫. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• অর্ডার দেওয়া মানে ক্রয়ের প্রস্তাব। আমরা নিশ্চিতকরণ ও ডিসপ্যাচের মাধ্যমে প্রস্তাব গ্রহণ করি।
• গ্রহণযোগ্য পেমেন্ট মেথড: মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস (বিকাশ, নগদ, উপায়), ব্যাংক কার্ড (ভিসা, মাস্টারকার্ড ইত্যাদি), এবং নির্ধারিত স্পটে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)।
• সকল পেমেন্ট সিকিউর। আমরা পুরো কার্ড ডিটেইলস সংরক্ষণ করি না।
• COD অর্ডারে ডেলিভারির সময় পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। পেমেন্ট না করলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।

৬. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

• অর্ডার বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হয়।
• ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা লোকেশন অনুসারে পরিবর্তিত হয় (সাধারণত ২–৭ কার্যদিবস)।
• শিপিং চার্জ (যদি থাকে) চেকআউটে দেখানো হবে।
• কুরিয়ারের দেরি, ফোর্স ম্যাজিওর বা ভুল অ্যাড্রেসের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

৭. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ

• ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে যোগ্য প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয়।
• বিস্তারিত শর্তাবলী আমাদের আলাদা রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসিতে দেওয়া আছে।
• প্রোডাক্ট অব্যবহৃত, অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিংয়ে এবং ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে।
• রিফান্ড অরিজিনাল পেমেন্ট মেথডে ৭–১৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হয় (যাচাই-বাছাই সাপেক্ষে)।
• COD রিফান্ড ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার বা মোবাইল ওয়ালেটের মাধ্যমে হতে পারে।

৮. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি

• ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট (ছবি, টেক্সট, লোগো) Glizmet-এর মালিকানাধীন বা লাইসেন্সকৃত।
• অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, পুনরুৎপাদন বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

৯. দায়িত্বের সীমাবদ্ধতা

• ওয়েবসাইট ও প্রোডাক্ট “যেমন আছে” ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়, কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়া।
• পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা পরিণামী ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
• আমাদের মোট দায়িত্ব কোনো ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্টের মূল্যের বেশি হবে না।

১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি

• এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত।
• যেকোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে চট্টগ্রামের আদালতের একচ্ছত্র এখতিয়ার থাকবে।

১১. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারি। পরিবর্তনের পর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা গ্রহণযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
