Refund & Return Policy – Glizmet

Glizmet (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a lifestyle brand offering men’s and women’s clothing, cosmetics, makeup, and related products via https://glizmet.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of delivery. The request must be made through our support channel (support@glizmet.com) with order number and photos of the product.
2. Eligible Products & Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Include all accessories, free gifts (if any), and original invoice.
- Be returned in the original packing box/bag provided by Glizmet.
3. Return Categories
- Clothing & Accessories (men’s & women’s wear): Returns accepted for:
- Wrong size, color, or style received
- Product does not match the description
- You simply do not like the product (change of mind)
- Cosmetics, Makeup & Personal Care Products: No returns or refunds are accepted once the seal is broken or the product is opened due to hygiene and safety reasons. Returns only possible if:
- Product is received damaged, defective, or expired
- Wrong product delivered
- Non-returnable / No Refund Items (explicitly marked on product page or invoice):
- Perfumes, deodorants, undergarments, intimate wear
- Pierced earrings, customized/personalized items
- Sale/final clearance products (unless defective)
4. Return Process
- Email us at support@glizmet.com within 10 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product (with tags & packaging)
- We will review and approve (or reject) your request within 48 hours.
- If approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier.
- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
- Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 2–4 business days), we will process the refund or exchange.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, card, etc.) within 10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Refund amount = Product price + any applicable discount (excluding delivery charge unless the return is due to our mistake).
- Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of change-of-mind returns.
- If paid via bKash/Nagad, refund may take 5–7 working days depending on the gateway.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the desired size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
- Exchange shipping cost is borne by the customer unless it’s our error.
7. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including delivery charge) at no extra cost to you.
8. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Products must be returned in sellable condition; otherwise, return may be declined.
- We do not accept returns for products marked “No Return/No Refund” unless defective.
- All decisions regarding returns/refunds are final and at Glizmet’s discretion.
