Terms and Conditions for Glizmet

Welcome to Glizmet (“we”, “us”, “our”), a lifestyle brand based in Chattogram, Bangladesh, operating the website https://glizmet.com (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, as well as any purchase of products including men’s and women’s clothing, cosmetics, makeup, and related lifestyle items.

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make any purchases.

1. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Site.
  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability).
  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may contain minor variations due to manufacturing or display differences.
  • Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice (orders already placed are honored at the price at checkout).
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive an order confirmation email.

3. Payment

  • We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, credit/debit cards (via secure gateways), or cash on delivery (where available).
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. We do not store full card details.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the selected payment method.
  • In case of failed payments or fraud suspicion, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within Bangladesh only (unless otherwise specified).
  • Delivery time estimates are approximate and depend on courier partners (e.g., 2–7 working days in major cities).
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
  • For damaged or missing packages, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return window: 10 days from delivery.
  • Cosmetics/makeup: No returns once opened (hygiene reasons).
  • Clothing: Returns accepted for size/color mismatch or change of mind (if unused, tagged, in original packaging).
  • Return shipping: Paid by customer (unless our fault).
  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (logos, images, text, designs, product photos) is owned by Glizmet or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
  • User-submitted reviews or photos grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide the Site and products “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products (e.g., product misuse, allergic reactions).
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.).

You agree to indemnify and hold Glizmet harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site/products.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
