Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (English Version)

At Glizmet.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.
- Wrong item delivered (does not match the order).
- Size or color mismatch (where applicable).
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or other reasons.
2. Product Condition for Return To be eligible for return, the product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Free from any damage caused by the customer
- With all original accessories and packaging materials
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Home decoration items
- Hygiene products
- Perishable items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Makeup items
- Skin care items
4. Exchange Policy We do not offer exchanges for any products, including size or color changes.
5. Return Process
- First, submit a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via mobile number (details provided in order confirmation or My Account).
- Provide your order information and explain the issue.
- We will guide you on the next steps, including pickup arrangement (if applicable).
- Proof (photos of the issue) may be required for verification.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product (for advance payments).
- Refunds will be issued as follows:
- bKash/Nagad/Upay → Same wallet
- Bank card → Original card (may take longer due to bank processing)
- COD → Bank transfer or mobile wallet
- Shipping charges will be refunded only in cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items. In other eligible cases (e.g., size/color mismatch), shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Full refund (including shipping where applicable) for eligible defective/damaged/wrong items.
7. Delivery Delay or Non-Delivery If there is a delay in delivery beyond our promised timeline or non-delivery occurs, we will process a full refund (including shipping charges) within 7-10 working days for advance payments, as per Digital Commerce Guidelines.
8. Warranty and Guarantee All products are sold without any warranty or guarantee. We do not handle warranty claims. Any manufacturer claims must be directed to the original brand/supplier.

রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি (বাংলা ভার্সন)

Glizmet.com-এ আমরা প্রত্যেক কেনাকাটায় আপনার সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করার চেষ্টা করি। এই রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি বর্ণনা করে কোন শর্তে রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড গ্রহণ করা হয়। অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে এটি ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।
১. রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে শুধু নিম্নলিখিত কারণে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয়:
- প্রোডাক্ট defective, damaged বা বর্ণনা অনুসারে কাজ না করা।
- ভুল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি (অর্ডারের সাথে মিলছে না)।
- Size বা color mismatch (যেখানে প্রযোজ্য)।
Change of mind বা অন্য কোনো কারণে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয় না।
২. রিটার্নের জন্য প্রোডাক্টের অবস্থা রিটার্ন যোগ্য হতে হলে প্রোডাক্ট হতে হবে:
- অব্যবহৃত
- অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিংয়ে এবং সকল ট্যাগ অক্ষত
- কাস্টমারের কোনো ক্ষতি না হওয়া
- সকল অরিজিনাল অ্যাক্সেসরিজ ও প্যাকেজিং সহ
এই শর্ত পূরণ না হলে রিটার্ন প্রত্যাখ্যান করা হতে পারে।
৩. নন-রিটার্নেবল / নন-এক্সচেঞ্জেবল প্রোডাক্ট নিম্নলিখিত ক্যাটাগরিতে কোনো অবস্থাতেই রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণ করা হয় না:
- হোম ডেকোরেশন আইটেম
- হাইজিন প্রোডাক্ট
- Perishable (নষ্ট হওয়ার মতো) আইটেম
- Personalized বা custom-made প্রোডাক্ট
- মেকআপ আইটেম
- স্কিন কেয়ার আইটেম
৪. এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি আমরা কোনো প্রোডাক্টের জন্য এক্সচেঞ্জ অফার করি না, যার মধ্যে size বা color change অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
৫. রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া
- প্রথমে ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট করুন অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনে দেওয়া মোবাইল নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করে।
- অর্ডার ইনফর্মেশন দিয়ে সমস্যা ব্যাখ্যা করুন।
- আমরা পরবর্তী স্টেপ (pickup ইত্যাদি) গাইড করব।
- যাচাইয়ের জন্য প্রুফ (ছবি) লাগতে পারে।
৬. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
- রিটার্ন প্রোডাক্ট পাওয়া ও যাচাইয়ের পর ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অরিজিনাল পেমেন্ট মেথডে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে (অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে)।
- রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে:
- bKash/Nagad/Upay → একই ওয়ালেটে
- ব্যাংক কার্ড → অরিজিনাল কার্ডে (ব্যাংক প্রসেসিংয়ের জন্য সময় লাগতে পারে)
- COD → ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার বা মোবাইল ওয়ালেটে
- শিপিং চার্জ শুধু defective, damaged বা wrong item-এর ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড করা হবে। অন্য যোগ্য ক্ষেত্রে (যেমন: size/color mismatch) শিপিং চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
- Defective/damaged/wrong item-এর ক্ষেত্রে full refund (শিপিং সহ যেখানে প্রযোজ্য)।
৭. ডেলিভারি দেরি বা না পাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে যদি প্রতিশ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি না হয় বা দেরি হয়, অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে full refund (শিপিং সহ) দেওয়া হবে।
৮. ওয়ারেন্টি ও গ্যারান্টি সকল প্রোডাক্ট ওয়ারেন্টি বা গ্যারান্টি ছাড়া বিক্রি করা হয়। আমরা কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম হ্যান্ডেল করি না। Manufacturer claim থাকলে অরিজিনাল ব্র্যান্ড/সাপ্লায়ারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
